ODOT plows hit roads as first snowfall of season falls in Northeast Ohio
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WJW) – The first snowfall of this winter season hit Northeast Ohio Sunday night. Once the precipitation transitions from rain to snow, ODOT deployed its plow trucks all over the area to start working on keeping the roads clear.
