The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration is soon poised to reclassify marijuana as a less dangerous drug, placing it in the arena of medical-use substances like Tylenol and ketamine. The decision would open the door to wider use of medical marijuana programs around the country — if states like Texas act on them.
