Bryan Kohberger, the former criminology grad student accused of killing four University of Idaho students in November 2022, is set to appear in court Thursday in what may be his last pretrial hearing before the start of his much-anticipated trial.

The judge overseeing Bryan Kohberger’s upcoming quadruple-murder trial says he wants to identify anyone who may have violated a gag order concerning the case.

It’s not the first time Bryan Kohberger’s defense has raised the possibility of an alternative perpetrator or perpetrators in the deaths of four Idaho students.
