A Delta flight collided with a plane from Endeavor Air, a Delta subsidiary, at the Atlanta airport Tuesday morning.

Two Delta Air Lines planes collided on a taxiway at Atlanta's airport Tuesday morning, with a larger plane knocking over the tail of a smaller regional jet. No injuries were reported and Delta said passengers were rebooked on other flights that departed Tuesday afternoon.

A jetliner hit a smaller commuter jet and knocked off its tail. There were no injuries, but the commuter jet pilot did say, 'We'll need a tow.'

No one was injured Tuesday when two airplanes operated by Delta Air Lines clipped each other at an Atlanta airport, authorities said. One tail was damaged.

Both planes were preparing to take off with a total of 277 passengers when they came in contact on the airport's taxiway.
