A judge has ruled that Don Lemon's lawsuit against Elon Musk and X over their failed partnership can proceed to trial, rejecting arguments by the defendants trying to throw out his complaint and allowing the majority of the claims to go forward.

A San Francisco judge ruled that Don Lemon has met the threshold to continue his lawsuit against Elon Musk’s X on claims including fraud, misappropriation of name and likeness and breach of implied contract.

Don Lemon is suing Elon Musk and X for breach of contract after Musk canceled their partnership following an interview that the billionaire called "invasive and charged."
