Two teens are dead and five others wounded after a mass shooting in downtown Indianapolis early Saturday morning.

"I'm not sure anymore what it's going to take for some in our community to wake up," IMPD Chief Chris Bailey said after a shooting killed two teens on July 5.

Police say that just after 8 p.m. the night of the shooting, "multiple rival gang members" started firing guns at each other while three women attending the event were caught in the crossfire.
