According to the latest update from the National Hurricane Center, Debby has maximum sustained winds of 80 miles per hour and is expected to strengthen rapidly before making a landfall in the Big Bend region.

Hurricane Francine’s outer bands will reach the Mississippi Coast on Wednesday and could unleash tornadoes throughout the region, the National Weather Service said. The highest risk begins early Wednesday afternoon.
