Dozens of people were arrested during a second consecutive night of protests in downtown Los Angeles against federal immigration enforcement operations, police said Sunday morning.

A Maryland delegate is urging Baltimore County schools to prevent students from walking out of class to protest on Friday.

The students walked from their campuses to the intersection of Trancas and Jefferson streets.
