Attorney General James Uthmeier is launching the Office of Parental Rights to empower parents and protect children. This first-in-the-nation initiative is established to provide justice to parents and families whose rights have been violated.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier defended himself in Tampa as hearings into payments made by the Hope Florida Foundation are set to begin later this week.

Kimberly Hermann, executive director of the conservative Southeastern Legal Foundation, joined Uthmeier at Jacksonville Classical and talked about surveys that ask about anxiety or mental health issues affecting children or family members as a potential infringement on parental rights.
