A group of 92 House lawmakers wrote a letter to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on Monday asking it to reconsider its proposed rule decreasing allowances for a widely used herbicide.

State lawmakers and the governor previously asked the EPA to end the regulation as recently as 2022. That same year, the EPA denied a request from Louisville to temporarily lift the regulation.
