Wanted suspect in Gwinnett County double homicide arrested in Tennessee, police say
Investigators believe the two scenes are related. A suspect, 54-year-old Javier Ruiz, was arrested by state troopers in Tennessee. He’s currently being held at the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office in Springfield. The two victims have not yet been identified. The investigation is ongoing.
