MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) identified a man killed by a Memphis Police officer Friday night. According to the TBI, 35-year-old Timothy Cook died in the shooting. The deadly altercation happened June 13, a day after Cook's birthday. The TBI said that Cook died Monday.

The driver who was shot by police was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The officer who was hit by a vehicle was in non-critical condition.
