The world’s richest man is offering to pay $47 for each referral that successfully leads to a registered swing state voter signing his PAC’s petition to “support the constitution.”

The America PAC, founded by tech billionaire Elon Musk, is asking the public to sign a petition in favor of the First and Second Amendments and offering supporters $47 for each subsequent registered voter a person gets to sign the petition in swing states.
