A shooter who killed an instructor during a terror attack at a college in Virginia was taken down and “terminated” by “brave” students.

Law enforcement officials did not inform a Virginia university of the terrorism-related conviction of a student who went on to open fire in an ROTC class in March, a report released Tuesday found.
