A plane crash in San Diego's Tierrasanta killed at least three people, including music executive David Shapiro, and displaced nearly 100 residents amid devastation.

Investigators say the surviving passenger told them the plane banked left about 100 feet above the ground before it went down. Witnesses also reported seeing a dog on the runway just before the crash.
