A judge dismissed racketeering claims made against Sean “Diddy” Combs by producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, but ruled other claims—including allegations of sex trafficking—could move forward, as the disgraced hip-hop mogul is less than two months away from standing trial on his sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges.

Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones' RICO, emotional distress and breach of contract allegations against Sean 'Diddy' Combs were dismissed by a Southern District of New York judge on Monday, March 24. However, the judge also ruled that some of the producer's claims against Combs can move forward.
