Amazon's hiring plans remain flat from last year, but still outpace competitor Target, which will tack on 100,000 seasonal workers.

Target is hiring 100,000 seasonal workers this holiday season. They will support Order Pick Up and Drive Up customers as well as stocking shelves. Target said during the holiday season, it will start by offering current employees opportunities to work extra hours and then leverage its On Demand team,
