A tornado was spotted near Santo, Texas, on Sunday, prompting severe thunderstorm warnings for Weatherford, Lipan, Granbury, and Willow Park.

An EF-1 tornado touched down in and near Gordon on May 18. The National Weather Service Fort Worth confirmed the tornado on Monday, May 19, citing estimated peak winds of 105 mph. An EF-1 rating is assigned for tornadoes with estimated peak winds between 86 and 110 mph.

Officers were told during a Saturday night storm the man went missing and did not have access to “vital medication,” according to a Tyler Patrolman’s Association release.
