More wind and rain on the way as the storm moves closer. The storm made landfall early Saturday morning in North Carolina with 70 mph sustained winds. Its track takes the center of the storm into Southern Maryland by Sunday. Heavy rain and wind will be the biggest issues with possible isolated tornadoes.
