Two Black men who were fired by President Donald Trump from the National Transportation Safety Board and the U.S.

A court ruled that Trump’s effort to dismantle the Institute of Museum and Library Services, the only federal agency dedicated to funding libraries, was unlawful.

The two men are the first among a group of fired federal board members to allege they were removed based on their race.
