The Manhattan grand jury investigating former President Donald Trump is not concluding this week, with questions swirling over how close the grand jury is to bringing an indictment -- or if it actually will at all.

The panel that has been investigating the case involving the former president typically meets on a different matter on Thursdays and does not convene on Fridays.

The Trump grand jury will not hear the "hush money" case for the rest of this week. Grand jurors will return Thursday on a different matter.

The office of the Manhattan district attorney, Alvin L. Bragg, said the committee chairmen’s attempts to intervene in the investigation were “unlawful.”
