A federal appeals court on Monday ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return of a young Venezuelan migrant who was deported to a Salvadoran prison, marking the second time a court has demanded the Trump administration retrieve a migrant from El Salvador over concerns about the legality of his deportation.

The case, which began in U.S. District Court in Maryland, involves a man who came to the U.S. from Venezuela as an unaccompanied minor seeking asylum.

A divided federal appeals court on Monday rejected a request from the Trump administration to put on hold a judge’s order requiring the government to “facilitate” the return of a 20-year-old Venezuelan refugee who was deported earlier this year to El Salvador.
