Due to overwhelming demand by fans, U2 has announced four final shows in Las Vegas which will take place on Feb. 23, Feb. 24, March 1 and March 2. The final dates will bring the bands Las Vegas residency to a total of 40 shows.

The company, controlled by Madison Square Garden owner James Dolan, broke out numbers for the first time Tuesday, adding that it expects to turn a profit this quarter.

The Las Vegas Sphere has already turned quite the profit in just over a scant two months that the Madison Square Garden-owned venue has been in operation. And it has its first two marquee shows to thank,

U2 has extended their highly-successful Las Vegas residency U2:UV Achtung Baby Live At Sphere once again, likely for the last time.

U2 is looking ahead of the end of their Las Vegas resdicey after announcing their final four shows, slated to take place early next year.
