Matt Riddle, who was recently fired by WWE, has taken to X to react to the shock return of CM Punk, warning the company he's harder to deal with. Riddle's troubled time within WWE led to his release earlier this year, with multiple incidents causing problems.

CM Punk returned to Friday Night SmackDown for the first time in nearly a decade and wasted no time in calling out Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa, Jey Uso, Seth “Freaking” Rollins and more of the WWE locker room before declaring his intentions to main event WrestleMania.

CM Punk shocked the wrestling world at Survivor Series when he appeared after the WarGames main event, making his return to the WWE for the first time in nearly a decade. On Friday night, Punk will make his first appearance on SmackDown since making his return.

CM Punk made his presence known at WWE NXT Deadline. Shawn Michaels kicked off NXT Deadline on December 9 and hyped up the fans. CM Punk came to the ring and wondered who would have thought they would be standing there together.
