A winter storm is making its way toward the northeastern section of the I-95 corridor, where millions are expected to see first 'measurable' snow of season.

Philadelphia, South Jersey and parts of Delaware are anticipating seeing the first measurable snowfall since February.

The Turnpike and Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said the Tier 1 plan prohibits some vehicles on some state roads.

CLEVELAND — With more lake effect snow on the way, the National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a Winter Storm Watch for a portion of Northeast Ohio for most of the weekend.
