Gwyneth Paltrow has some major anxieties as her kids, 19-year-old Apple and 18-year-old Moses, who she shares with ex-husband Chris Martin, get older.

Paltrow has seemingly done it all during her long career. She starred in several successful movies, won an Oscar, and built a wellness brand known around the world. And on top of all that she is a mom of two, who has successfully co-parented with her ex-husband, singer Chris Martin.

Gwyneth Paltrow shared why she’s freaking out over sending her and ex Chris Martin’s 17-year-old son Moses off to college: “It’s sort of putting things into turmoil.”

The Oscar winner also talked about how celebrity brands eventually need to be less "reliant" on their founders, learning Italian and possibly starting a hotel at her annual In Goop Health wellness event.
