To remove the actual stains from mold and fungus, you should apply Mold-Clean before applying the Bora-Care with Mold-Care. Please note: BORA-CARE is also sold alone, without the Mold-Care additive (if you do not need mold control). Bora-Care with Mold-Care will not eliminate existing termites, powder post beetles, or other wood-destroying organisms because it is mixed at a 5:1 ratio to eliminate mold and you need to mix normal Bora-Care at a 1:1 ratio to eliminate existing wood-eating insects.
