Our 80cc 2-stroke bicycle engine is the same 2-stroke powerplant that we also sell as part of an all-in-one 80cc kit. Many customers have inquired about purchasing the engine alone and we have listened to you. This 2-stroke engine requires a 16:1 gas-to-oil mix when new. After a suitable "break-in" period of about 300 miles, you can switch over to a leaner 20:1 mixture. Note: This is a component kit, and the unassembled engine will require some do-it-yourself mechanical ability. No ancillary parts such as fuel tank, muffler, carburetor, chain, sprocket, etc., are included. If you love a little DIY elbow grease then this unassembled 80cc engine is a superb bargain. If you need the whole assembly you may want to take a look at our 80cc 2-Stroke Bicycle Engine Kit .
