The 60 x 24 metal building in this package comes standard with 10' legs fully enclosed. Garage doors, walk-in doors, and windows are available for an additional cost. You can also make your 60x24 metal building taller in 2' increments up to 20' tall legs are available.The prefabricated 60 by 24 metal building provides 1440 square feet for all your commercial, residential, agricultural, industrial, warehouse, workshop and storage needs. 60 wide metal building with 16' legs and 3 14×14 garage doors with optional deluxe two-tone. This metal building is shown with 16' legs, 3 14×14 garage doors, 3 optional windows, and an optional garage door on the side. Also shown with the deluxe two-tone upgrade. You can make it taller in 2' increments with up to 20' legs available. Sides can be left open to be used as a carport or fully closed and turned into a fully enclosed metal building. If you want to buy it as a carport you can leave the gables open, or close one or both gables. The metal carports and metal buildings include free delivery and installation to Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. There is also an upgrade package for Florida residents that withstand winds of up to 170 mph. It is only available for Florida residents as it must be built to Florida building codes. Delivery is available in most Florida counties. On this size metal carport or metal building, a telescopic forklift is required to be on-site when the building is being installed to help the crew lift the structure due to it weighing so much. This lift needs to be able to lift 5000 lbs and must be able to go 10' taller than the leg height of the steel carport or steel building. Delivery areas may not be available in all locations.The 60 by 24 metal buildings come standard with vertical sides, vertical ends, and a vertical roof. Upon request, and for the same price, the sides and ends can be built with metal lap siding. Here is a picture showing the lap siding. When your metal building is scheduled for delivery 50% of the remaining balance is due. The remaining final balance is due when the steel building is delivered and installed. Once you order you will be contacted and a copy of the order will be emailed to you for you to review and approve to make sure everything is just like you want it. We anchor the carport to the ground with mobile home anchors or asphalt with rebar and to the cement with concrete anchor bolts. The location for the carport must be level or within at least 3? level or less or we will not be able to install it.This size of metal carports and metal buildings come certified for 140 mph and 30 psf. If you are located in a state with heavy snow, we do have 105 mph and 65 psf available for an additional cost. They come fully braced and with mobile home anchors along with blueprint drawings. Steel carports come with 14 ga tubing which is 2 1/2? by 2 1/2? square tubing, or you can upgrade to the 12 ga tubing which comes 2 1/4? by 2 1/4? tubing.
