Plus, you can control your grind size with 5 levels ranging from coarsest to finest for ideal taste and aroma extraction. STEAM FROTHER & FROTHING PITCHER - The built-in foam technology creates a variety of textures: airy for cappuccino, denser for latte macchiato and more. The wand rotates to the right at 90 degrees for control and convenience. Included with the machine, a durable stainless steel frothing pitcher has 15.8 ounces of capacity and liquid measurement engravings on the inside. Too coarse a grind, too little coffee, or insufficiently tamping the grounds before brewing can all lead to inadequate pressure for a proper brew. It is important to note that the amount of espresso extracted will vary depending on the grind size and amount and reprogramming may be needed when the size and amount are adjusted
