Cessna 182 is a four-seat light aircraft with fixed landing gear that is powered by a 230 hp Continental engine. The plane was designed as the tricycle gear variant of the Cessna 180. Designed with additional cabin space, it has become a popular floatplane for supplying towns and villages in remote areas.   These amazingly detailed do-it-yourself models start out as two square steel sheets. After you follow the detailed instructions, it turns into an attractive 3D model of the Cessna 182 Float Plane. Model is 4.57"L x 5.59"W x 1.77"H  when completed.  These models require patience and attention to detail, but are a fun project for anyone that loves aviation.   Ages 14 .  Keep away from children, small pieces present a choking hazard.
