It comes with three full vats that each hold up to 195 lb. and either 1 full basket or 2 half baskets sold separately.This fryer has efficient burners that can recover temperatures quickly. Below the burners are both a cold zone and built-in old filtration system to extend oil life. The built-in filtration system safety drain pumps oil through system filters and returns it back which means your staff won't have to break work flow to handle hot oil.
