Our Fragrant Lavender Duo includes not just one, but two Lavender varieties to add to your perennial garden! The Lavender Munstead, also known as English Lavender, is the most common variety. This classic variety boasts gray/green foliage with a plethora of very fragrant lavender flower spikes. The Lavender Munstead variety pairs well with the Lavender Platinum Blonde thathas contrasting yellow foliage with light lavender flower spikes! Lavender is perfect to add to arrangements either fresh or dried and is also known to have multiple health benefits such as helping to alleviate stress and anxiety, aids in sleep and can also help headaches and inflammation.Lavender prefers more dry, well drained soil and full sun for best results. If soil is too dense, we do recommend planting Lavender in containers as an annual in full sun.Blooms tend to last a long time but deadheading faded flowers can help promote reblooming throughout the Summer months and into Fall. Leave the foliage in tact over Winter to help protect the root system during the dormancy period and prune back in Spring.
