Get An Instrument For the Accomplished Player That Delivers a Superb Tonal Range with Unrivalled Depth and Flexibility - The Yanagisawa T-WO10 Elite Bb Tenor Saxophone The TWO10 is Yanagisawa's traditional brass tenor saxophone with upgraded components. It has earned high marks for mechanical reliability and a tight tonal core with great projection. The WO10 series has various upgrades over the WO1 series: The double arm support on the low keys ensures better pad seating and a stronger low end sound. The posts that hold the keys in place are mounted onto strong support straps that run the length of the instrument; this adds weight and support to the body and influences the carrying power of the tone. Also the WO10 series has an underslung neck for less resistance in the response and more reliable mechanics. Bell Arm Keys: Using double arms on the Bell Keys, helps to keep the tone holes fully sealed by removing the chances of twisting or distortion of the tone hole cup. This in turn helps ensure reliable performance and tonal integrity. Brass / Material: The WO series saxophones benefit from a newly designed, newly engineered and specially sourced brass material for improved sound and sonority. Engraving: Yanagisawa WO10 and WO20 series saxophones now feature a uniquely styled, hand engraved pattern. Key Work Mounting: This is an enhanced design with the keys mounted to a rib plate which in turn is mounted to the body. Pivot Screws: Special pointed pivot screws are used in all centre arms on Yanagisawa saxophones.
