Up for sale is one pack of 200+ Blue Forget Me Not Flower Seeds (Myosotis sylvatica). These Forget Me Nots are very easy to sow and have medium blue flowers on 16" stems. CULTURE Soil temperature: 70 degrees fahrenheit Germination lighting: Light Depth: 1/8" Germination days: 10 days Light: Part Shade Plant spread: 12" Plant height: 16'' Plant type: Annual Maturation days: 30 days For zones 1-12 these forget me nots are some of the easiest flowers to sow. It's best direct sow them anytime from in spring when your soil temperature reaches 70 degrees during the day. These seeds are very tiny so if direct seeding it's best to use the shaker method where you mix your seeds with 1/4 cup of dry sand and use an old spice shaker (that's clean), or other container with holes in it, to evenly disperse your seeds. Forget Me Nots need light to germinate to after sowing give them a very light dusting with peat so as to disguise them from birds. These prefer light shade and we plant them in an area that gets afternoon shade.
