Description
The cook's standard 12-inch multi-ply clad stainless steel fry pan with a dome lid is made of 2 layers of 18/10 stainless steel and an aluminum core along the base and walls. The aluminum core allows for heat to be distributed evenly/quickly without hot spots. Stainless steel polished exterior and interior for durability, appearance, and easy cleaning. Riveted handles are comfortable for tossing and stay cool with a v-shape attached to the base. Large size for multipurpose use: sauteing, frying, braising, and more. Flat and wide bottom for even spreading and curved sides for pouring. The dome lid fits securely to keep in heat/moisture and allows for steaming. Induction compatible and works on gas, electric, glass, ceramic, halogen, etc. The oven is safe to 500°f and dishwasher safe. Measures: 20 in. Length, 13 in. Width, 3.5 in.
