A fully welded oil tank and safety interlock drain valve allow for easy cleaning. This 30 lb. countertop fryer is engineered with a cold zone in each fry pot to prolong the life of your fryer oil and produce better tasting, more consistent results. It's thermostatically controlled to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, with fast heat up and recovery times to keep up with the rush.
